Kofi Kinaata, also known as Fante Rap god, has his own ways of advising or putting out a message to his fans.
Kinaata, with birth name as Martin King Arthur, came out in 2007 and is known for his high life and hip life genres.
It was not surprising when he came out with his hit song, “The Crusade” in 2015. In this song, he made people conscious of the fact that we are to appreciate whatever God does for us and give Him praise.
Kinaata, however, did not end there. In 2016, he came up with a more brilliant song titled: “Susuka”.
“Susuka”, which means enough of the complains, also got people appreciating what they have, rather than envying others. In his video, he went to the extent of using the physically challenged people who are enjoying life and able people who love to complain.
What has at the moment taken people aback, is his 2017 release, “Confession”. This is the track you would even find kids singing amongst themselves on playgrounds.
Kofi kinaata in his confession track, was asking God to take over the wheel. And now we find people asking God to take over the wheel in every situation.
That is how good Fante Rap god has got his lyrics under the skin of Ghanaian citizens.
